  • The Hotel is very beautiful, lots of open space and well decorated. Large lakes and nicely done water features throughout the inside and out. Rooms are large and spacious as is the bathroom. Tried one of the restaurants on site the food was good and service was exceptional, except at the bar by the pool. The two servers were not very friendly or timely. We sat down and they didn't acknowledge us for at least 10 minutes. I could understand if there were lots of people, but there wasn't. There was a couple ladies next to me who had to flag these guys down and they acted like their time was being wasted. I am glad this was the only isolated incident. For the money you pay here you expect first class service and other than the two at the bar that's what we got. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of five.
