  • We had used Adam's services last year when we had to rekey our new home and decided to have them over again to replace our locks. Adam quoted a fair price and came by at a convenient time to install the lock I'd purchased. I'd forgotten to get a quote for a chain lock that I wanted installed and Adam was able to mount that as well for an additional nominal fee. Since the new lock's handle was sized differently than the previous one, he had to drill a new hole in the door to install the new handle. By mistake he drilled based on the old handle's measurements, but made sure the wrong drill hole was covered properly with epoxy. There were no visible flaws from this to warrant rework on the door or deduct stars from the review. Other than that, our experience with Adam was courteous and professional, and he even remembered the original job he had done with the rekey. The confirmation of the appointment and the receipt were handled over SMS and email respectively, so they have a good grip of the internet side of the business as well. I would not hesitate to use Adam and Response Crew for future work around the house.
