  • Started using this US BANK on W. Lake Mead about two months ago and have enjoyed superior service since. Always go into bank, staff is always friendly and attentive. Have never had to wait long to see someone and they each have individually been able to address my needs from credit cards to setting up direct payments for monthly accounts. They have even kept up interacting with my husband and his dry, corn-ball humor. Keep it up, US BANK, I'm counting on this level of service on a regular basis!
