  • I've been here a couple times in the past and never had a problem, but this past time was likely my last. I come to get my eyebrows touched up here and there, and did that last week. The girls at the front desk were obviously very annoyed at the fact that there was a customer (me) waiting to be checked in and barely looked up from their cell phones to check me in. My waxer, whose name I forget, was very nice, but very rough. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed before so I know it's not the nicest feeling but she was very rough, especially under my eyebrows (I even said I had sensitive skin). A week later, I have two broken capillaries where she yanked the wax off. She finished in a grand total of two minutes and I was on my way, back to the two lovely ladies in the front, who again, were annoyed that I was trying to check out. They were running a promotion (the pink tax, which gives 13ish% off each service. pretty cool, btw) and I had to ask for it, which hitting that one extra option on the register threw off the front desk lady, yet again. I won't be back.
