  • We should have read the reviews before going to this place . Avoid this place at all costs. We called before driving a hour away . We were told they would take 3 hours to repair a gauge. We removed it from car and brought to them like asked. We told them on phone we need the car for work next day. The man told us when he took it it would be finished in 3 hours . So we left to go kill time in Scottsdale. Then he calls 3 hours later and says the guy who is supposed to fix it has a dr. Appointment and will be in a 1pm . It's now 12. Then he says I'll call you right back . Calls back in 15 minutes and says yeah it works . it's your car that has a problem... So puzzled because he just said the guy who fixes it was not there yet ??? We go pick it up and head home. We get home and they took all the screws out and left them out. Unfortunately we took it home and realized they were not in it. So we called them back and the same guy who has ran us around in circles says I'll have someone bring them out to you . Like we were the idiots who left them out. A hour goes by my husband calls and says when are they going to be here ? Same guy says I put them in the mail. So my husband says I would have come and got them I need my car tomorrow! He replied ... well that's what I did." The worst service ever. Terrible to treat people this way. Find someone else to do this for you. Beware of this snarky rude inconsiderate poor excuse for a business.
