  • This was my very first time riding the subway solo after 5 months (I know, I'm a chicken) so I was a little apprehensive. I just followed the crowds double checking with the signs that I was going the right way. I made it from the bus to the subway train platform and while I was reading the map (my face must have shown my uneasiness and uncertainty) one of the staff approached me and asked if I needed assistance. He was very helpful and talked me through the entire procedure of switching subways and getting on to my final bus. I should have gotten his name so that I could share my experience with his supervisor but all I could think of was getting home without getting lost. So if you are the kindly gentleman with the warm smile who works at the Finch station who saved this damsel in distress, thank you. 3 stars for the station 5 stars for the staff Ave 4 stars
