  • I am giving this location a 1 star rating because of the awful attitude of the young man who did a refund for me today. I bought a phone a few days ago from Louie who was very pleasant and helpful but after trying out the phone the next day I decided to return it for a more suitable phone. I have been a Wind customer for a few years and every Wind sales person I've talked with has been really nice. Wind's customer service has been a big selling feature for me, knowing that I could walk into any Wind store and be greeted with a smile and an interest to help me out. This salesman was rude and hostile. I thought that when I was on my way down to this store that not only would there be no issue with getting a refund and the salesperson would listen to why I didn't like the phone and show me some other phones which would have been more suitable. I was actually planning on buying another phone today after the refund, but he walked away and I felt the sooner I got out of that store the better. All my previous experiences with Wind sales people have been just the opposite, hard to get out of the store because everyone is just so friendly and talkative and know how to sell!
