This is a nice airport; I am comfortable here because it's easy to matriculate through and the airport associates are so kind. I couldn't believe it. The bathroom lady was unbelievably friendly and organized about herding us ladies in and out with a smile in her voice. You could tell her kindness came from an honest place. The gentleman in the general store (Terrell), same thing--smiling and being cordial--bidding his patrons with, "Thank you and have a blessed day." I feel like CLT cares and that they want your travel interaction to be successful. My three and a half hour layover seemed shorter and I bought a $10 magazine before I knew it which is a first for me. I even offered a gentlemen, who watched me dig around my purse for candy, a piece of candy. Get me out of this airport before I start singing kum ba ya.
