I am one of the nicest people you could meet - with not one rasist bone in my body . I think that in real life its nice to stop and laugh - this is why I feel inclined to tell you why I choose this place -
THE TITLE! Its spelled the same way the employees say it - too funny.
Also, the prices are super cheap.
I asked for a full set of gel nails - At the time I was working as a waitress for Smittys and needed the gel for the durability.
A gel set clearly stated on their sign $45
So she asked me if i want white tips and i tell her yes .. she says white tips are $5 morw , I then asked her what other options there are and she can she could apply the nude tips for the regular price of $45 .. but i wanted white. So she puts on the white tips then starts to apply the pink acrylic powder ... I told her no, that I asked for gel. She said it was gel and I told her no, it was powder .. that I wanted the "gel" overlay not the acrylic ...
She then tells me that for gel its an additional $10 .. So now were up to $60
maybe it was becasue I was a walk in, but I felt so rushed. She only applied one coat of gel (i asked for a second but she said no). After I pulled my first hand out from underneath the UV lights I could see little black specks of dirt and asked her to fix it. Since it was dried she said there was nothing she could do until my next visit for a fill ... I then told her that the dirt would still be embeded into the nail even when it grows out as the spots wernt near the end of my nail it was closer to the cuticle.
I was so unimpressed having to pay $60 = Usually I can get away with a fill every 2 weeks, but with them I had to go in after 3 waitressing shifts. I hated them so badly I removed them myself (so so so so so painfil) and went to a different nail salon.
Will never, ever be going back. Ever.
