  • Wilhelm is everything I want with an auto shop. The customer service is astounding, always greet you with a smile and they treat you like an actual person (as opposed to other auto repair chains and dealerships). They always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and don't pressure you into purchasing more service when they notice something needs attention. It's because of this friendly approach I actually pulled the trigger on a few things my vehicles needed. They have earned a loyal customer, which is great because I'm right down the street but I will go far for great service. Thank you to the entire team at the Estrella Wilhelm. Good to know I have a shop I can trust in my neighborhood.
