  • I would not recommend this place for dry cleaning. I dropped off a trench coat and a few dresses to be cleaned. I had just gotten the coat for a trip to the east coast one month prior to taking it in to be cleaned. It was in perfect condition. My clothes were ready early and La Cleaners called to let me know I could pick them up early, which was very nice. However, when I went to pick up the clothes the completely ruined buckles on my coat caught my eye. When I asked about my ruined coat and told them I would not pay for something they ruined, they quickly ran my card and told me to take it back to the store. I don't know whose fault the damage was, it could have been made poorly but they handled it in such a distasteful manner I will never go back there. If they had pointed it out to me when I came in I would have been much less upset. The fact that they had quickly ran my card when I was discussing the damage with them was pretty sleazy. Had they offered to take the charge for the coat off of my already sizable dry cleaning bill I would have respected them more. Instead they lost a customer.
