  • I normally love earls. This was the first time at this location. The good WAS delicious but the portions were seriously half what you get at any other earls. The service was embarrassing. 4 hostesses just standing around not even offering you water while you wait 25 minutes. Finally get seated and took another 10 before our waitress even came to take our order for drinks. Another 5 before those even came. Those were the only drinks we saw all night. No refills. Our appetisers finally came after 35 minutes which were barely half of what you'd normally get at earls. Never saw our waitress for another 40 minutes when our entrees came out which did taste delicious but could have been because we were starving. I have sympathy for restaurants on busy nights but our waitress didn't even try to come by and help us. Will definitely not return to this location again.
