  • I walked in here on a Saturday afternoon, just browsing and wanted to know two pieces of information: what factory rebates are being offered, and what financing options are being offered on 2016 and 2017 Kia's? The sales person did not know, called for a manager, and when I repeated that I was only looking for information, not seriously ready to buy, he handed me a bunch of brochures and his business card and I walked out. What sales person doesn't know the promotions of the product they are selling? I should not have to give you my email address, phone number, and drivers license just to get that information.
