  • I took my car to get an oil change and wash two weeks ago. My check for maintenance light was on and I asked them to turn it off if everything was OK. They returned my car without resetting the light. I took my car back yesterday and paid $70 for all four seats to get washed and was told that the small spot I had on the passenger seat would be removed. Upon getting my car back, the stain was still there and it appeared like my seats were not even cleaned. I had my boyfriend double check to ensure I wasn't overreacting and he found rocks and dog hair and crumbs still on the seats. I called for the manager and was told I would get a call back and still have yet to receive one. I am going to give it a couple more days but will be filing a charge back if I do not hear from the manager.
