  • They are the worst. This is the third time they reschedule service because they just didn't show up. I was Scheduled from 11-1. By 130 they call tho say they are running behind and asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule. I said I was willing to wait since I took the day off for them. Then they called at 615 to say there not going to make it and need to reschedule. This is the same thing that happened last year for my tune up. If I didn't have a 5yr service warranty. I wouldn't have ever tried them again. They hold you hostage! I'm forgetting the contract and going somewhere else.
