  • U Nails and Spa has HORRIBLE customer service! I called, made an appointment for 11:05a.m. Approximately 11:05-11:07a.m. I called asking where the location was in the complex with respect to the other businesses (fitness center, dairy queen, etc.). The man on the phone only repeated "we are in the same complex" and could not tell me which business they were next to. As a result, I circled the complex for a few more minutes (of course, I'm a first time customer and new to Phoenix). When I arrived at 11:12a.m. they were not ready for me. Fine. I waited until 11:30a.m. and they still were not ready for me. I asked one of the ladies when they would be ready for me, I had an appointment at 11:05a.m. and she responded (pointing at the clock) "you were late." No apologies, no exception that that her coworker couldn't tell me their location, and I was "at the complex" on time and would have been there at 11:05a.m. if he could tell me the location. Regardless, for argument's sake, if a customer doesn't even call and is 7 MIN late you take another customer AND you point at a clock when they ask when they will be ready! Wow, I'm never coming back.
