  • 3rd time coming here. The first was during the first week of opening. No problems, very impressed. I came back and bought a membership the second time. My 3rd and final time, my car came out full of scratches. It appears that they use soft brushes so the only thing that could have caused that would be dirt or debris on the brushes from them not being cleaned regularly. I approached the manager, Matthew. I politely asked him how many times a day they power wash the dirt and debris from their brushes. He told me that they don't and that the water that sprinkles down on them is sufficient enough to clean them regularly. He is either very naive or he thought I was. These brushes absolutely should be cleaned manually at least daily! Very rudely told me that he sees the scratches on the car but they are not consistent with damage from their brushes. From the patterns and amount of scratches all over my car it is very much consistent with damage from their brushes. He would not even fill out an incident report. I would love to update this review after management sets it right. Until then, this stands here. Don't bring your car here ESPECIALLY if you care about it. Although the free vacuums, air blower and towels seem to make things very convenient, at the end of the day, scratches on my car are a deal breaker.
