  • Horrible customer service!!! The Chinese lady just yelled at me for asking a question then I paid for a money order and her helper asked to see my receipt and I sat and waited in their lobby for 20minutes and there was not anyone else waiting! Save your time and money. If you want to be yelled at and charged lots of money for a simple letter go to see her. That lady needs to be in am asylum.
