  • I and my husband stayed in one bedroom unit for an year it has been a pleasant experience. The units are very spacious and well maintained. The neighbourhood is quite safe and the bus stop is right downstairs the building. Starbucks is just around corner. We have face plumbing issues couple of times but the maintenance staff were always on time resolving the issues. We once got locked in the apartment because of jammed door knob and the maintenance staff rushed to our rescue on priority. Heating in winter is very well maintained and could sometimes give you a tropical climate feel in -15C :P I give it 4 stars only because the interior of the apartment is a bit old. The doors don't close fully and the floor makes creaky noises. The walls are a bit thin so you get hear the TV from your neighbours.
