Well the term 60 in one hand and 40 in the other comes to mind. Firstly Bobby Jr. From Florida is spectacular. Honest, and worked with me. He was patient and sold me on his cool personality before he sold me the truck. If you do come here look for him!!! That's the 40% good. Now the 60% bad... Chris Sullivan can be a jerk. As any consumer has the right, I wanted to check some things out before I made the purchase. As I made the final decision to go ahead and get the vehicle I said " let me call my wife" just to let her know, this guy throws his pen down and gruffly says "well make your call!" and walks out. Not good customer service. He might be the owners son, but he could learn from Bobby a thing or two about customer service. Also I'm no dummy at all, I left the car there to fix a problem and get detailed in and out. Car was never cleaned, and I'm still waiting on Dave to call about the part that was suppose to have been gotten. At any rate I was promised a $20 gas card for my review, and I have been honest. They move 1200 units a month, so they are secure. Just have some things to fix in the "honesty" and "patience" dept.
