  • I usually have no major problems with the greyhound. They have cheaper fares than Via Rail so I deal with the bad customer service and unreliable arrival times. However, my bus from London to Toronto yesterday failed to arrive even 4 hours after the stated departure time. They admitted to over booking and claimed that two buses were on their way from Toronto. This was false. Now I have to physically mail in my ticket with a written letter and wait SIX to EIGHT weeks for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous and never trusting this company to get me home ever again. I will pay that extra $20 to ride with Via.
