  • This low rating is about the Deli take-out only. I wanted baked chicken - and I wanted the Meal Deal. This store had meal deals a month ago. Apparently not now. The clerk working the department had no clue what I was talking about, took me over to another sides display for $5.00 items. I tried explaining and he just simply did not know. Bad training. So I went to Customer Service. Stood there for about 5 minutes, someone came by and started walking into the office, looked at me and wanted to know if I needed help. Yes, that is why I'm standing here. I explained the "meal" dilemma, so he calls the Deli guy. I said he doesn't know that's why I here asking you. Got the store manager, Rupert, who stated he was new but he would try his best, which he did. However he had to go back to Deli twice and it finally it was more or less sorted out - kind of Let's Make A Deal. A for effort for Rupert. Got the chicken home - along with mac & cheese and coleslaw Chicken wasn't cooked through- disgusting - raw even in some parts and the noodles in the mac and cheese were hard. Coleslaw was good. Am I returning it? No - it was just such a hassle trying to get it that I'm done with it. Will I go back? No. Rupert gets an A+ for trying but other stores have meal deals and that's where I'll go.
