  • I've been a client of Elite for close to 20 years and they are the best. I've read the negative reviews posted and I think that Elite had a little rough period with an office employee that caused some people to try to hurt the reputation of this company. Shawn, the owner fixed the issue as soon as he learned about it. My tech named Joseph does a great job, is very thorough and makes suggestions to me as he sees potential threats on my property. They are a class A company so don't let the poor reviews influence you.
