  • I've stayed at the Wynn 2 times now and I feel it's a solid 3 star hotel but both times I stayed here I had issues so I doubt I will return. The reason I give 3 stars even though I had issues is because of the rooms. They were really nice both times and were really clean. All of the bare minimum things you might expect from a hotel are done really well here, but that's where it ends. If you expect anything else prepare for disappointment. My wife and I contacted the concierge to purchase some tickets on our most recent stay. We were pretty happy for the convenience until we went to pick up our tickets and found they had all been lost. It was a complete waste of our time. The Wynn staff has a tendency to say whatever it takes to make you think that you are going to receive quality service but then drops the ball... hard. The time before and even when I initially attempted to make my second reservation, the Wynn staff ended up being more of a obstacle than assistance. If your looking for all the bare minimum requirements for a hotel then you will probably be fine here. But I say it's Las Vegas, and on the strip. No need to settle for less. Which is exactly what you will get at the Wynn...
