  • Wanted to love this place, but my appointment was cancelled same day 3 times in a row. I understand that things come up, but 3 times seemed a bit much, very unprofessional. I have a busy schedule and making time to come in isn't easy. I would have let it go and not written a negative review, except that my card ended up being charged a "cancellation fee" even though I wasn't the one who cancelled. I reached out to get a refund back in May and got no response. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I like to support local businesses, but this was extremely disappointing. Beware! UPDATE: Calli contacted me and processed my refund and also offered to put a credit on my account for a future visit. I thought this was very nice, until I received a barrage of text messages asking me to take my review down since she had "made it right". 18 texts in one day (counted). What I had perceived as a kind gesture (the credit for a future visit) was clearly only meant to buy a positive rating. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
