Terrible service. Associate in training charged us for additions we didn't ask for and then when we brought it up they would only reduce the charges by half. Associates were rude and unaccommodating. Customer service hotline gave us the run around, directed us to see our nearest location (an hour from where we're staying) which directed us another 1.5 hours further who then, wouldn't accommodate us saying to take the rental back to the original location (5hours from where we're at when getting this message) the following day (today) we went and they still have us the run around. Never again hertz. Never again. It's obvious why their Twitter is just full of pissed off people.
