  • My husband and I just closed on our first house, and I could not have imagined the lending process would have been so easy. I've honestly had more stress and anxiety over choosing a restaurant for dinner than I did getting our loan through Jeremy. The entire process was straightforward and there were no surprises. In fact, if the seller had been ready to move out earlier, we could have closed 10 days ahead of schedule. From the time we made the offer to the time we were ready to close was maybe 14 days. Jeremy kept us super informed through the whole process. Even during pre-qual before we made an offer, he did a great job at letting us know our options in an easy to understand way. Hopefully we won't be buying another house anytime soon, but if I was, or if you are, definitely use Jeremy for your lending needs.
