My wife and I decided to try Yellowtail instead of Nobu on Friday night 3/4/16 and it was a really pleasant experience. We sat on the patio around 5pm and enjoyed one of the better rolls we have had in awhile which was the Protein Roll. It was fresh and we enjoyed it enough that we ordered a second roll.
My wife tried the Kumamoto Oysters and while they were a bit on the small side, she said they were very good. She also ordered the Baked Crab Hand Roll and said it was fantastic.
The Japanese Yellowtail Roll Sushi was average and I would not order that again. I have had better at Hole-In-The-Wall places for half the price.
They did have a solid wine list by the glass and my wife tried one of their signature drinks as well. It's a bit on the pricier side. Our bill with drinks and tip was roughly $200. The scenery and atmosphere on the patio were also fantastic and made the mood. Our server was also attentive and even helped us get a great angle for a picture. We will return for sure.
