  • Don't go here with a script for a powered chair/scooter. They will give you the run around (lie) whenever you call to check on the status of your chair. They've had my script for almost 4 months and have done nothing! Their representatives LIE and give whatever excuse they can, as to why it's taking so long (I'm using private insurance NOT Medicaid, so it should have been done in 2-4 weeks). No one will do their job at this company (or take accountability), and their staff has been rude to me, my doctors, and my physical therapist.
