  • I am convinced the Queen of all Queen Mother of all fire ants has laid claim to my yard and they love me! I emailed Bulwark Exterminating and received a call within 15 minutes, that was an impressive start. After a few brief questions about my problem and if there were bugs inside as well, our needs were determined, pricing was given to me up front (and never change!) and my appointment was scheduled. My exterminator is Ed Sakugawa and I couldn't be happier, Ed is very sweet and professional! I showed him the problem spots, which he marked with tape as we went along, and he explained why the ants favored certain locations, their habits and why they were so troublesome to get rid of. We saw an immediate improvement in the amount of ants and Ed was back in one week to do a follow up. Three weeks later I notice another huge colony, which I expected, so I called Ed and he was at my house treating the area within the hour. He said the ants are worse because its hotter than usual and the humidity is much higher this year. True to their word, I was not charged for the extra visit. I would definitely recommend Bulwark Exterminating!!
