rev:text	This one star is for our server "Shima". We asked her if we can substitute uni with sweet shrimp since they are out of uni, the response we got from Shima was as follows: "It is not our restaurant's fault for not having uni. It was the supplier that don't have them today. It's not like we dont want to serve uni. You are already paying cheaper price for ayce sushi compare to outside." At that moment I was thinking... Okay that's fine. I don't need to start a drama over a piece of uni and ruin my long weekend holiday. She came back later on to check on our table and collect empty dishes from us. She took a plate off our table and dropped a piece of sushi into our pitcher of beer. Her first response was ... " I don't see it". We pointed point to her, even her coworker there pointing out to her...."the rice is floating in the beer". At last she agreed to bring us a new pitcher of beer. Couple minutes later, she brought out a 1/3 of pitcher........................
