  • Absolutely love this place and their whole staff! I did the fast track course, so basically I took 40 hours of coursework in a week. The course was great, even at the pace I was going, and goes over the basics like free pouring, basic drinks, beer and wine. They provide job leads, so after you graduate they give you a heads up of bars hiring in the area and because I did well on my practical and written test they wrote me a letter of recommendation as well. Joey and Cosmo will bend over backwards to make sure you grasp the material and land a job. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
