  • I wish I could give these guys 10 stars.. Their customer service was outstanding. We were at wits end, being without a/c for nearly 2 weeks fighting with American Home Shield about replacing our old unit.. They wanted to continue to patch it. I searched around and found ACLV, Mike contacted me quickly and passed the torch to Laura who was able to finance me over the phone and sent their tech Daryl out that night to asess our unit and what we need, he was very professional and addressed all our questions and concerns, Laura called me that night hours after their buisness was closed to let me know they would be delivering my new unit the next day. The techs came out on time and were very friendly and got right to work, Laura hand delivered our paperwork... We are now sitting comfortably thanks to them. You guys are our heroes thank you and God bless.
