  • No stars are earned but I had to rate with one star to get this review posted. So incredibly disappointed -my husband's flight from Grand Rapids to Phoenix was canceled today without apology or explanation. They have provided a hotel room voucher for the night and a voucher for eight dollars for a meal, which does not begin to cover the cost of inconvenience. The only flight to Phoenix that they have offered is 24 hours past the time of the original flight leaving Grand Rapids. Customer service via phone is less than helpful. "Nothing we can do". Avoid this airline!
