  • Everytime I have brought my car in for an oil change, the sales men and women are quick to run out the door and try to get me to buy another car. It's very annoying considering I'm driving up in a semi new Volkswagen Jetta, why would I trade it in for another one? I told the women no, I'm just here for an oil change and she then starting bothering my friend who also pulled up in a 2010 Jetta. "Do you want a new one?" NO! I think it's terrible that these sales people are so desperate to make a sale, they bother the ones who already have a new volkswagen.
