  • I always came here for my nails had good reviews except for this last time. I was due for a refill and I walked in because they accept "walk ins" nopeeee "sorry all the techs are busy today" okay so I wait until my off day and try again but this time I call ahead... "sorry all techs are busy today and were booked up I can schedule you an appt for next week?" so again it's been 3 weeks I'm not waiting a whole month for a fill, my nails are chipping at this point I'm fed up. Why say you accept walk ins when clearly you don't. I will NOT be back. & I will give the word not to come here because it's "too busy."
