  • We had a pigeon nesting problem in our attic that was found during an inspection as we were looking to sell our house. We had no idea we had this issue and wanted this to be fixed immediately! Tiffany was able to come out the following day for a free estimate (she crawled through the attic until she found the problem while another company wasn't able to find the same problem). The price was very reasonable. Originally they could only schedule us for the following week but because we wanted this fixed ASAP, they managed to move a few things around and squeeze us in the following day. We are happy with the results, and the 5 year warranty that is able to carry over to the new homeowners through Todd's approval. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. In fact, I have an issue at my new house currently and will be calling them very soon.
