  • Oh my Dog BBQ is spectacular. My husband and I were completely surprised by the little midnapore find. It's unusual to find anything that's not a franchise in the deep SE. Honestly, suburbia has a strong bias towards chains and franchised business. But Oh My Dog is a surprise! The food is awesome. I'm a vegetarian, and let me tell you, their veggie dog is incredibly good. It's not too salty, and doesn't leave a chalky aftertaste in one's mouth. Also, while it's not advertised, any hot dog on the menu (the gourmet dogs, that is) can be made veggie if you ask. And it's well worth it. Gourmet pizza dogs reign supreme. My partner always opts for one of the Kielbasa sausages and raves about them every time. Beyond that, the french fries are very good. I don't know how they do them, but they are crispy and just salty enough without crossing over into the 'too salty' variety that many do. Take a break and check it out! You won't regret it!
