  • This company is unprofessional, not reliable and has the worse customer service! He never showed for my initial appt., said he would call to reschedule... never called! After numerous text and phone calls he finally answered but by that time the ac unit had stopped working.... its 100+ degrees and my family and I are displaced because he was waiting on a part that supposedly was ordered. It's been over a week and still no response from this "company". Not so much as a word letting you know anything! I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism EVER! This company should not be allowed to service people, it's to hot not to be reliable! Horrible... horrible company!
