  • Less than stellar to say the least. The buying experience was one star at best. There was some effort to correct AFTER a poor survey but subsequent visits to the dealer for other things have shown that it wasn't a fluke. I keep telling myself that, "surely they'll learn from their mistakes and do better this time around" but not so. I have used them because of geographical convenience buy at some point that will have to give way to prudence. They are nice enough, and apologetic for their shortcomings, but they need to focus more on applying the feedback they get, than trying to get more feedback.
