  • I have to say I've been here quite a few times and it seems like the service is just going down the hill. I've always had the Turkish bath and used the steam room but lately from the rude attitude of the employees to the shower not working properly or just filthy and the towels being dirty you wonder why all the bad reviews. The last time I was there was Oct 24th, and received rude welcome and goodbyes, shower not working properly and just dirty as well as doors not being able to close. The worst part is, my '60 minutes Turkish bath' was 35 minutes, how do I know that? Because I timed it!!! I've noticed the last few visits have been at the most 40 minutes treatment. Although she was good, I have to say, I felt ripped off. I don't think I will ever come back or recommend this place.
