  • We rented from Rose at R & C for almost 4 years. I have nothing good to say. They are rude and condescending. We fixed things in the house that they had left when we moved in "as is condition". When we moved out, we were not able to be at the inspection due to our son being in the hospital. We were dinged for things that we did not do. In truth, I anticipated no refund from the shady owners of this company. Out of a $2300 deposit, we received $476.....we paid a yard person to do the yard work, we paid someone to clean the house, left the electric and water on and were charged fees for all of these things. If you are looking to rent, run not walk, as fast as you can from this company. If you are owners, find someone else to manage your property. The homeowner called us 2 months before we moved out and wanted to fire them as property managers.
