  • Stopped by the Jewelry & Watch Doctor today to have a prong replaced on a sentimental Sapphire ring. Was greeted immediately & I explained what I thought was the problem with the ring. The gentleman listened & asked a few follow up questions while he examined my ring in front of me. He agreed & let me know that I had shattered one prong, an uncommon problem but he could fix it, while I waited!! It's not often that people go out of their way to communicate so thoroughly to make sure we were both on the same page. I was quoted a very reasonable price, to which I agreed, & my ring was immediately fixed. He polished my ring beautifully, engaged me in polite conversation while I waited. He reviewed what the issue was & how he fixed it for me. I have used Jewelry & Watch Doctor over 20 years. They are so kind & really are experts in their field, I trust them with my family heirlooms, sentimental pieces as well as watch batteries. Thanks again for helping me!!
