  • I'll keep it short. This staff was terrible I lived there for a year, and had about four issues with the place and after the first the management staff was rude. My dog tore some of the carpet up and I had it estimated by an outside contractor and he priced it at $300 solid. We asked the front office how much it would cost for them to replace and had told them we had it appraised at $300 and the Manager said yeah we are cheaper to go through than most contractors. Got the bill from them last week, $884 for the carpet and an additional $100 for installation. Honestly I can't say I didn't expect somewhere around that amount but I'm glad I'm out of there. The Oceanspray factory was my only view, front window, balcony, kitchen window and our bedroom window, too.
