  • A favorite of my wife's, Rula Bula is a cool Irish pub located on Mill Ave. They have an excellent outdoor patio so when the weather break in AZ expect this place to be packed. With rotating beers on draught (good selection to boot), and a full bar you'll have plenty of drinking options. The food is actually good! Well above standard pub grub fare- try the Irish sliders. Staff is usually pretty cool, but they can get a little testy when the pace is crowded. You may even wait a bit between drinks.
