I've recently gotten a yelp account so I thought I'd leave a review regarding my visit in the past. this was a nail salon one of my girlfriend's introduced me to and I've never had an issue, cheap price, decent cute nails. I even refered my other girlfriends to this place. I loved going here. there was one particular visit where I was going all out.i ordered a pedicure package and a manicure package. I had extra money and thought hey,I might as well treat myself. they proceeded to soak my feet and as I'm getting my feet soaked by a lady who doesn't speak english, i believe it was the owner who came over and started filing my nails with her automatic filer, as the owner is filing my hand, the other lady put hot rocks on my feet. well the rocks were WAY to hot and made me jump. causing the other lady to cut my thumb open with the file. there is blood everywhere and it was stinging quiet badly. the owner puts some liquid stuff on the cut to stop the bleeding and proceeds to yell at the employee who burnt me. We continue the pedicure (which was the farthest thing from relaxing at this point.I felt better before I even started the pedicure) after we finish, the owner starts to finish my manicure at her station. half way threw she told me I needed to pay her for everything. (full price, no discounts,) I then asked her isn't there anything you can do considering you cut my thumb open. and she told me she could put more of the liquid thing on it that was about it. so enstead of just not charging me for the worst pedicure I've ever received and having my thumb cut open (there is a noticeable large scar there now) they lost quiet a few regular customers. i understand accidents happen and i would have been perfectly fine returning if i had recieved a proper apology and not been charged FULL price for the worst service ive ever encountered. I use to brag about this place until they showed me all they care about is money instead of their customers. I shouldn't have paid anything and just walked out.
