  • Tons of pros & cons. PROS Good yoga instructors. I love every single one of their classes. I'm not the type to sweat heavily but these classes get my drench & really push your limits but in a good way. They're all very informative as well. If you're doing a pose incorrectly they will always help you so ensure you don't hurt yourself. I went to a class last night & was over whelmed with how amazing the instructor was - I think her name was Christine. The cost is very affordable. I've paid over $1000 for annual memberships. This studio is only $799+ tax. The only thing is.... no showers! But that helps keep the cost low. I doesn't bother me most of the time however it does prevent me from going to morning classes as I would need to go to work right away....and I need to shower before obviously. Himalayan salt walls. I absolutely LOVE this. It completely changes the environment while doing yoga. It feels more calming. CONS The owner. I've noticed that every instructor that sits at the door will greet everyone who walks in EXCEPT Dorothy (the owner). She doesn't give a very welcoming vibe. Even if you try to talk to her, ask how she is, she is very rude when answering...and almost every single time I've spoken to her she is always on her phone texting while responding to me... rude! Small studio. The studio is very small & can get VERY packed. Almost to the point where the matts are touching each other. Cleanliness. When you're laying on the floor you often get to see the floor very up close... and unfortunately sometimes its very dirty! especially around the himalayan salt. All in all... I love the place! I just wish the owner smiled more :)
