  • If you want to escape the trendy Tremont scene for a little bit, check out the polish veterans alliance. This is the definition of a neighborhood bar. There's a lifetime membership fee for $5, but let me assure you that after one round of drinks, the cost of the membership will be offset by the savings of the cheapest beers in Cleveland. My friends and I enjoyed a few games of darts, three beers and three shots of bulleit whiskey for $9. Another tip... They don't have food. As the bartender told us, "I can't give ya food, but I can get you loaded."
