  • Got groupon deal for this place. booked my appt and when I arrived - it was closed! I called before I left the house. Place was supposed to open at 10am and my appt was for noon. Also - we were double booked and the facial lady is not there. The owner came running. She was apologetic but the other groupon customer just wants to refund. The owner/massage lady - smelled awful. The towels and bath robe and slippers were so old and worn out. I think they are not cleaned for each client! The massage room is so bright so you will not feel relaxed. She also kept yapping and answering phone calls while doing my massage. it was not a relaxing experience. I WILL DEFINETLY NOT COME BACK EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE! Hope this helps you guys because I wished somebody posted a review before I bought this spa package. have to rate it 1 Star but it should be really none!
