  • So I went to the Firkin on Bloor tonight. Ordered a Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich with Brussel Sprouts instead of fries (with a heavier price tag). This is what I got. Undercooked and VERY pink chicken and barely any sprouts (despite paying extra). Also, the tiny piece of chicken was absolutely dwarfed by any other location's offering. I've ordered this a lot at other locations. I generally love it. Apparently the franchise doesn't care about consistency... Or quality... At this location, specifically. This is the only location of Firkins so far I've had issues with. Let's be clear. So very disappointed and looking forward to food poisoning tomorrow. At least the bartender was cool. Trying to add photos but I'm not certain how to on Yelp for evidence of just how raw the chicken was and how few sprouts there were.
